Selection Criteria
Selection criteria include:
Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Upper Canada
Experience in civil litigation, personal injury and/or estate and trust litigation
Superior advocacy and drafting skills
Superior negotiation skills
Superior communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working with or providing legal services to parties under disability and/or litigation guardians
Demonstrates highest standards of professional conduct and has a reputation for integrity and civility
Ability to meet deadlines and convey recommendations on a timely basis
