Property Rights Legal Panel

The Children's Lawyer will select qualified lawyers from across Ontario to be retained on a case-by-case basis, in order to provide legal services on behalf of minors.​

To be considered for the Panel an applicant must be a lawyer licensed to practice law in Ontario and must practice in the area of civil litigation, personal injury and /or estates and trust litigation.

​Compensation is in accordance with the Office of the Children's Lawyer's Property Rights Fee Schedule, to be obtained upon request.
